Over the past five decades, Samaritan House has scaled to address the growing needs of those experiencing poverty in our community—deepening our whole-person approach and expanding who we serve. As the lead anti-poverty organization and backbone agency for San Mateo County, we bring together the right organizations, volunteers, resources, and new ideas to solve seemingly impossible challenges. We believe that an enduring community is only possible when every person is elevated out of poverty and work to help our clients remain vital contributors to the San Mateo County community.
