Samaritan House Refund Policy
Donations to Samaritan House are non-refundable. If you have made a transaction error in making your donation to Samaritan House, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 business days. To request a refund, call 650-931-6216. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, except cash donations will be returned via check. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
Samaritan House Web Policies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
