Estos servicios est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para que los residentes del condado de San Mateo puedan permanecer en sus hogares y, en colaboraci\u00f3n con socios locales, brindar\u00e1n oportunidades a los residentes de bajos ingresos del condado de San Mateo que viven en East Palo Alto y Menlo Park y que tienen dificultades para cubrir necesidades b\u00e1sicas como alimentaci\u00f3n, vestimenta, vivienda y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<\/p><p>Con la colaboraci\u00f3n de otras agencias, Samaritan House South busca ayudar a personas de bajos ingresos a aumentar su estabilidad y autosuficiencia, y prevenir la falta de vivienda. Samaritan House South ayuda a estos residentes a satisfacer sus necesidades mediante gestores de casos que ofrecen evaluaciones individualizadas e integrales, gesti\u00f3n de casos, educaci\u00f3n y derivaciones a programas enriquecedores en Samaritan House y otras agencias de la comunidad.
